Returns Policy

Returns are only valid when the dissatisfaction is caused by an error on Hara’s side (defective product / wrong product delivered). Hara will cover the shipment fee and deliver the correct product.

Terms of Returns

  1. Product must be sent back no more than 3 days after the customer received the product, with the condition that the item is returned in its original condition–in its box, complete with the hang tag and accessories–along with the receipt number of the product being returned.   2. Include a package opening video to file a complaint for damaged or insufficient products.
  3. Product must not be returned damaged, dirty, already used, or wet/moist. The packaging must also still be intact and not damaged in any way–dented, shattered, ripped, folded, or scratched. Hara will use the very same packaging to send back the replacement product. In terms of the box, please do not isolate it. Simply wrap it with plastic or wrap paper to prevent damage.
  4. Until Hara receives the returned product, the items will still be in the customer’s responsibility. Hence, we will appreciate your cooperation in returning the package with care. Hara will do a recheck on the quality of the product returned. If the terms and conditions are not fulfilled, we reserve the right to reject the return of a product.

Returns Fee

After Hara receives and checks the product, we will reimburse the shipping fee within 1 x 24 hours, with the condition that the item is sent back using the JNE REG package.

Damaged in Shipping

  1. The product damage caused by the courier service is not our responsibility as a seller. The long process for compensation depends on JNE.
  2. We only carry out our responsibility to deliver your products using the courier service.
  3. We are not responsible for the performance of the courier service.
  4. Please do not give us a bad review if the mistake is on the side of the courier service (example: damaged products, long delivery, or untraceable delivery). Products that can be returned will only be processed if the returned products have arrived at our place.
